Chicken Hot Run: A 30 Lane Crash Game
A chicken crosses a road of 30 lanes and your multiplier grows with every lane it survives. You choose the lane to stop on. Get it wrong and a car takes the whole round. Three difficulty levels top out at 50x, 25,000x and 50,000x, and the game rules say the chance of being hit is the same on all three.

Play for Real MoneyWhat Kind of Game This Is
Chicken Hot Run is not a slot. There are no reels, no paylines and no spins. It sits in the cash-out family alongside plane games and mine games, where the payout climbs while you stay in and disappears the moment you are caught. The twist here is that the multiplier does not run on a timer. It moves lane by lane, so every step is a separate decision you make rather than a clock you race.
A round is short and easy to describe. Pick a stake, pick a difficulty, press play. The chicken moves from manhole to manhole and the running multiplier grows at each one. Press cash out and you take your stake multiplied by the value of the lane you stopped on. Let a car reach the chicken first and the entire stake for that round is gone, with no consolation payout.
In practice this is a game about knowing when to stop. The tension is not in the outcome of the round, it is in the exit you choose.
The Three Difficulty Levels
This is the part that is most often explained wrong. The game rules say something counterintuitive: the number of lanes and the chance of being hit stay the same, 30 lanes, whatever level you pick. What changes between levels is not the danger per step, it is how fast the multiplier grows and how high it can go.
| Level | First five lanes | Ceiling |
|---|---|---|
| Easy | 1.02x · 1.04x · 1.07x · 1.10x · 1.15x | 50x |
| Medium | 1.05x · 1.15x · 1.30x · 1.40x · 1.50x | 25,000x |
| Hard | 1.20x · 1.50x · 1.80x · 2.25x · 3.00x | 50,000x |
Read the table this way. On Easy you need to cross a great many lanes before the multiplier means anything, because the opening lanes barely clear your stake. On Hard you have already tripled by the fifth lane. In exchange, the headline prize on Hard sits so deep in the run that the odds of surviving every step to reach it are tiny. The 50,000x ceiling exists. Reaching it is a different matter. Read it the way you would read the jackpot on a slot, as the top of the range rather than a target.
Picking Hard is not taking more risk per step. It is being paid more for the same step, with a higher ceiling and, by construction, the big multipliers placed further away. Our how to play guide works through what that means for choosing an exit lane.
How a Round Works
The same five beats apply whether you are in the demo or playing for real money.
- 1
Pick your stake
In the demo this is play money in points. With real money the limits are set by the operator, not by the studio.
- 2
Pick a difficulty
Easy, Medium or Hard. This sets the payout per lane and the ceiling, not the chance of being hit.
- 3
Decide your exit lane first
Choose the lane you intend to stop on before you press play, while the decision is still cold.
- 4
Cross the lanes
The multiplier grows at every lane. Cash out and you take your stake times the current lane value.
- 5
Accept the round is over
A hit ends the round at zero, and nothing carries over. The next round starts from scratch, whatever just happened.
How This Guide Is Written
Crash games attract invented numbers. Here is the standard this site holds itself to.
Sourced or absent
Every figure comes from the in-game help screen, the demo itself, or the provider game page. Nothing is filled in from a guess.
No invented RTP
Expanse Studios does not publish an RTP for this title, so this site does not quote one. Any number you see elsewhere is unsourced.
Tested in the demo
The lane multipliers, the cash-out behaviour and the 20-language menu were all checked hands on, level by level.
Independent
This is an editorial site with affiliate links, not a casino and not a studio channel. The disclosure sits in the footer of every page.
What Is Confirmed and What Is Not
Confirmed
- The 30 lanes, the three difficulty levels and their ceilings (50x, 25,000x and 50,000x) are stated on the in-game help screen.
- The rules say outright that the chance of being hit does not change between difficulty levels.
- The opening multipliers listed for each level were read directly off the demo, level by level.
- Manual cash-out at any lane, autoplay, round history and the 20-language selector were all used in the demo.
- The provider (Expanse Studios) and the game category come from the demo distributor listing.
- Expanse Studios published its own page for the game on 25 August 2026 and headlines it with the same 50,000x ceiling, describing a chicken crossing a busy highway where every lane survived raises the multiplier.
Not confirmed
- RTP: neither the in-game help screen nor the provider game page carries a figure. Any percentage circulating for Chicken Hot Run is unsourced.
- Declared volatility: the provider does not label it. The mechanics behave like a high-volatility game, especially on Hard, but that is our reading rather than published data.
- Exact per-lane probability: the rules say it stays constant across levels without publishing the number.
- The full table of all 30 multipliers is not published. Only the lanes we verified appear on this site.
- Release date: no launch announcement with a date. The earliest verifiable marker is the provider game page, published 25 August 2026, and the demo catalogue listing from the same month.
- Minimum and maximum real-money stakes: set by each operator, not by the provider.
One more thing worth saying out loud in this category: when a game ships with several RTP versions, the casino picks the version, not the player. If an operator does not state which one it runs, treat that silence as information.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is Chicken Hot Run?
Chicken Hot Run is a crash-style cash-out game by Expanse Studios. A chicken crosses a road of 30 lanes and your multiplier grows with every manhole it steps on. You choose when to cash out. If a car hits the chicken first, the whole round is lost.
Is Chicken Hot Run a slot machine?
No. There are no reels, paylines or spins. It belongs to the cash-out family alongside plane games and mine games. The difference from a classic crash game is that the multiplier does not climb on a timer, it climbs lane by lane, so every step is a fresh decision.
What is the RTP of Chicken Hot Run?
Expanse Studios does not publish an RTP for this title, and the in-game help screen does not carry one either. Any percentage you find quoted for Chicken Hot Run has no published source behind it, so we do not repeat one here.
What is the maximum multiplier?
It depends on the difficulty level: 50x on Easy, 25,000x on Medium and 50,000x on Hard. Those are the ceilings printed on the in-game help screen, not expected outcomes.
Does a harder difficulty mean a higher chance of being hit?
No, and this is the part most write-ups get wrong. The game rules state that the number of lanes and the chance of being hit stay the same on all three levels. What changes between levels is how fast the multiplier grows and how high it can reach. Hard does not make each step riskier, it pays more for the same step.
Can I play Chicken Hot Run for free?
Yes. The demo on this page runs in the browser with play money, no signup, deposit or download. The 500 to 10,000 PTS stake range in the demo is play money, not a real-money betting range.
Who made Chicken Hot Run?
Expanse Studios, a provider of crash and instant games. This site is an independent guide and is not affiliated with the studio.
When was Chicken Hot Run released?
There is no official release announcement. The game appeared in the demo catalogue in August 2026, which is the earliest date we can verify.
